coriander, a garnish and flavour native to Indian and Asian cuisine. This particular batch of coriander powder is farmed by Shri Charbhuja Jevik Farm, located in the Khera Village of Kota, Rajasthan. Manual harvesting, sun drying and manual seed separation ensures only the best of produce is gone into preparation. Seeds are ground to

powder form at controlled temperatures, where nutrient loss is negligible.
